City Flex projects in Silesia

Predevelopment phase of 5 projects in Silesia region of Poland covering: securing land through PPAs; liaising with local authorities to secure smooth start-up and development process; legal, technical and environmental DD; building permit design and procedure; leasing process; securing the financing alongside of company founding partners. Total GLA of developed projects: 225k sqm of A-class logistic space and 30k sqm of B-class office space (Goldbeck system).
