Rafał Mirowski
A professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of real estate investments, gained, among others in Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, Great Britain and North America, where he managed development projects in both the residential and commercial sectors.
He exercised full supervision over various investments in the real estate market – from developing the concept of the project, through its implementation phase, to sale.
He participated in the creation of investment projects with a total value exceeding EUR 800 million and was personally responsible for the implementation of projects in the real estate sector worth over EUR 300 million.
He held management positions in companies such as Goodman, SEGRO and AIG/ Lincoln, Pinnacle REI and the GSE Group. Recent professional activities include involvement in various activities in the field of investment management, including providing financing, sale and management of assets, as well as creation of the Pinewood Investment Management.
During his professional career, he belonged to various industry organisations, he was a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), FIDIC, EFCA, he is also a qualified BREEAM assessor. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Quebec in Montreal with a Master’s degree in business management (MBA), as well as real estate management and geodesy (University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn).
He graduated with honours from postgraduate studies in real estate valuation, management and consulting.
