Sheldon Square has 630,000 sq ft (59,000 m²) of built space, built around a grass amphitheatre which features live music in summer. The biggest structures are two office blocks of 193,000 sq ft (17,900 m²) and 145,000 sq ft (13,500 m²) let to companies such as Prudential and Kingfisher; there are 219 flats and 95,000 sq ft (8,800 m²) of retail space.
