Southwater Village for Horsham Borough Council, West Sussex

Ordered by Horsham Borough Council the Southwater project involved creation of a village centre with retail, commercial, residential and community facilities. This project involved continuous collaboration between the local community and several other stakeholders, a process that enriched and secured the end result. Major infrastructure works were part of this project, including construction of a by-pass to live class A national road.
